Baseball Pitch Count Privacy Policy

Baseball Pitch Count is an adult-operated recordkeeping app. No app account is required. Team names, pitcher nicknames or jersey numbers, game dates, opponents and pitch events are stored locally on your device. We do not receive your pitch records.

Sharing

Text and CSV sharing are initiated by you. A preview lets you remove pitcher names before opening the system share sheet. Team names and opponents remain in the preview. Review them before sharing. The receiving service’s privacy policy applies.

Purchases

Apple and RevenueCat process purchase history, receipts, purchase status and associated app/device information to provide and restore lifetime Pro access, prevent purchase fraud and measure purchase performance. RevenueCat uses a randomly generated anonymous app user identifier; we do not supply a name, email address, advertising identifier or account identifier. RevenueCat’s optional device-identifier collection is disabled. No app registration is required. Purchase records are handled by Apple and RevenueCat according to their retention requirements.

Optional analytics

Usage sharing is off by default. When explicitly enabled, Firebase Analytics receives basic usage events and associated device/app information, including an anonymous app-instance identifier, operating system, device model and app version. It may derive a coarse location such as country or city from a masked IP address; we do not request GPS location access. Firebase may also record automatic session, lifecycle and purchase events while analytics is enabled. Events do not include names, jersey numbers, teams, opponents, game dates, record identifiers or pitch totals. Disabling usage sharing stops collection and clears local analytics data. IDFA and IDFV collection are disabled, no custom user ID is supplied, and advertising consent is not granted. We do not link these analytics records to a real-world identity or combine them with third-party data for advertising. There are no ads or tracking permission requests.

Retention and control

Records remain locally until you delete them or remove app data. Delete all local data removes teams, pitchers, games and preferences from this app. Store purchases are not deleted. We do not provide app cloud sync or full backup/import. Device backups may include local app data according to your operating system settings. A CSV export is not a full restorable backup.

Support

Support email is sent only when you choose. Do not include personal records unless necessary. Support correspondence is retained as needed to respond. We do not sell personal information.
